Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and Reprintless ("Reprintless", "we", "us"), the seller and operator of the Reprintless service. By using Reprintless you are contracting with Reprintless as the seller.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be of legal age, and if you use Reprintless for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

3. The service

Reprintless lets you create static QR codes for free and, on a paid plan, dynamic QR codes whose destination you can change after printing, along with scan analytics. If your plan ends, dynamic codes are paused until you resubscribe.

4. Your account

Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including by:

• using it for unlawful purposes, or pointing QR codes to illegal, phishing or malicious content;
• fraud, spam or deceptive practices;
• infringing anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
• interfering with security, including distributing malware, probing, scraping or overloading our systems;
• reverse engineering, reselling, or circumventing technical limits of the service.

6. Intellectual property

We own the service and all related intellectual property, including software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. You keep ownership of your content and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, renewal, taxes, cancellation and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See also our Refund Policy.

8. Service level

We work to keep Reprintless reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. After termination, your codes stop redirecting and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (such as lost profits, data or goodwill), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
